Payment is usually through our secure SagePay checkout but we understand some people prefer to pay by Bank Transfer which can also be found as an option on our checkout process. You have a maximum of 24 hours to make your payment otherwise it is cancelled. We do NOT offer a 'reserve' service.

Template Deliveries

Template Digital Downloads are now instantly downloadable via the link in your confirmation of order email. I currently only sell to the UK members from this website due to the current VAT situation with digital downloads. If you live outside of the UK, some of my files can be found on Etsy.


Goods Deliveries

We are now closed EVERY Wednesday so orders are dispatched on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. 

Orders placed before 3pm on our dispatch days are usually sent the same day.

We use Royal Mail but occasionally we need to use a courier service for heavier or bulky orders. This will vary but we can use DPD, DHL or Myhermes

No weekend dispatch is currently available without prior arrangement.

Please be careful when selecting your postal options at checkout. We now offer a 1st and 2nd class service for all parcels but Royal Mail and the courier service charge us more for the Highlands and Islands postcodes so sadly we can not send them by Royal Mail Tracked anymore. 

We reserve the right to send parcels by a service which best suits the weight of your parcel

Highlands & Islands include these postcodes...BT, IM, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE and Channel Islands 

Free postage items are sent by the cheapest method.

Cash on Collection is currently not available due to the pandemic. Unfortunately I can no longer accept cheques.


Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Craftaholics Creations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Returns: You have 7 calendar days to return a faulty or damaged item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. It may help of you can take a photograph of any damaged packaging before you open your item. This will help with obtaining a reimbursement from the courier by proving that the damage was caused by them and not you. 

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.
