Payment

Payment is usually through our secure Create Payments checkout but we understand some people prefer to pay by Bank Transfer which can also be found as an option on our checkout process. You have a maximum of 24 hours to make your payment otherwise it is cancelled. We do NOT offer a 'reserve' service.

Template Deliveries

Template Digital Downloads are now instantly downloadable via the link in your confirmation of order email. I currently only sell to the UK members from this website due to the current VAT situation with digital downloads. Goods Deliveries

We now only dispatch on Mondays & Thursdays.

All UK orders will be sent by a suitable courier of our choice depending on the weight and value of the order. 

Delivery times range from 2-5 days due to the ongoing social distancing restrictions that our couriers are using. Sometimes delivery may be longer than this if Royal Mail or the courier we have chosen has closed due to the pandemic. We do try to avoid using these services if a problem is known but it is not always avoidable.

If your order is URGENT, please contact us to arrange a quicker service. Further payment will be required but we will tell you before the order is sent and will await your confirmation. 

No weekend dispatch is currently available without prior arrangement.

Cash on Collection is currently not available due to the pandemic. Unfortunately I can no longer accept cheques.

 

Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Craftaholics Creations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Returns: You have 7 calendar days to notify us of a faulty or damaged item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. It may help of you can take a photograph of any damaged packaging before you open your item. This will help with obtaining a reimbursement from the courier by proving that the damage was caused by them and not you.  Statutory rights are unaffected. 

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
