Payment is usually through our secure SagePay checkout but we understand some people prefer to pay by Bank Transfer which can also be found as an option on our checkout process. You have a maximum of 24 hours to make your payment otherwise it is cancelled. We do NOT offer a 'reserve' service.

Template Deliveries

Template Digital Downloads are now instantly downloadable via the link in your confirmation of order email. I currently only sell to the UK members from this website due to the current VAT situation with digital downloads. If you live outside of the UK, some of my files can be found on Etsy.


Goods Deliveries

We are now closed EVERY Wednesday so orders are dispatched on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. 


Mainland UK orders will be delivered by DPD.  It is a next day service for most postcodes but up to a 2 day service for some Scottish postcodes. You have 2 options at checkout...

  • Mainland UK 
  • Mainland UK Oversize Parcel

You should always choose the Mainland UK option unless the product item description requests you to choose the Oversize Parcel option.

DPD will attempt to deliver twice after which your parcel will be left at your local dropoff shop for you to collect.


All other areas - Scottish Highlands & Islands, IOW, IOM, Shetland Islands, Channels Islands and Northern Ireland will be sent by Royal Mail up to 10kg and DPD for anything heavier. (See affected postcodes below) 

Royal Mail quote usual delivery times are  1-5 days  depending on the service you choose but due to the pandemic, deliveries in some areas are very delayed and have taken up to 2 weeks.  Social Distancing and sickness has severely affected the Royal Mail Service.  

DPD for all other areas is a 2 day service -DPD will attempt to deliver twice after which your parcel will be left at your local dropoff shop for you to collect.

All other areas have 4 options to choose from.

  • Islands & Highlands 1st Class
  • Islands & Highlands 2nd Class
  • Islands & Highlands  OVERSIZE PARCEL 1st Class
  • Islands & Highlands  OVERSIZE PARCEL 2nd Class

You should only choose the OVERSIZE PARCEL option if  the product item description requests you to. Your only other choice is Speed of Service.

  • Northern Ireland – All BT postcodes

Please be careful when selecting your postal options at checkout, It looks scary but it is the only way I can offer you the cheapest options. If I just offered 2 prices.....1 for Mainland UK & 1 for all other Areas, prices would be very high for everyone.

No weekend dispatch is currently available without prior arrangement.


Cash on Collection is currently not available due to the pandemic. Unfortunately I can no longer accept cheques.


Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Craftaholics Creations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Returns: You have 7 calendar days to notify us of a faulty or damaged item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. It may help of you can take a photograph of any damaged packaging before you open your item. This will help with obtaining a reimbursement from the courier by proving that the damage was caused by them and not you.  Statutory rights are unaffected. 

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
