Digital Downloads T&C's

In purchasing and downloading my digital files you agree to the following terms: 

  1. Files may be used to make cards or completed projects for profit on a small scale but not mass produced.
  2. Files can NOT be used just for cutting and selling decals. They must be used on a completed project.
  3. Files such as the chocolate bar wrappers can NOT just be printed, cut and sold blank without a chocolate bar. 
  4. The pre-designed chocolate bar wrappers can also NOT be printed, cut and sold without a chocolate bar. 
  5.   You may NOT sell generic chocolate bar wrappers such as Happy Birthday, Thank you, Get Well soon or any other occasion without a chocolate bar.  
  6. You may however offer a personalised service to your customers where by you sell them bespoke personalised chocolate wrappers WITHOUT the chocolate bars. Using your graphics program you MUST personalise the front and the rear of the chocolate bar wrapper. Then you may cut the wrappers and sell them. 
  7. You can not share or sell the files.
  8. I do not agree to my designs being included on any CDs or DVDs
  9. No adapting, manipulating, copying or modifications of files apart from those listed below. Permission is given to re-size and re-colour. Personalising is permitted if that is what the design has been sold as.
  10. Taking elements from the design is strictly NOT permitted. All files are to be used 'as is' unless your have my written permission to alter it slightly. Sometimes I sell collections of files rather than 'as is' designs, only these collections can be split into elements.
  11. Sometimes, I may sell files where the description may say for instance........'Butterfly Dress for Vinyl on Glass Blocks' This is just a selling description and the file can be cut from paper etc....and used on other projects.
  12. Your card and project creations may be entered into competitions and shown on blogs. Please credit me with the design where possible.
  13. Refunds can not be given for template purchases.
