Delivery & Returns
Template Digital Downloads are now instantly downloadable via the link in your confirmation of order email. I currently only sell to the UK members from this website due to the current VAT situation with digital downloads. If you live outside of the UK, my files can be found on Craftsuprint and Etsy.
All goods orders are usually dispatched by the next working day and sent by either Royal Mail or Courier using a 2-3 day service. If you wish to upgrade to a next day service, please contact me either using the web form found in the Contact Us section of the the website or PM me if you are a member of my Facebook Group.
The cost of your delivery for all physical items is calculated by weight to give you the best value price.
If your order value is £50 or more, please choose courier delivery as £50 is the maximum I can insure the parcel for with Royal Mail.
The delivery prices quoted at checkout are for Mainland UK only. If you live in a remote area and postage is considerably higher, Craftaholics Creations reserves the right to contact you to discuss other options.
Free postage items are sent by the cheapest method.
Other Small and light items will be sent by the Royal Mail 2nd class.
Larger and heavier items will be sent by courier. You will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel and see when it is out for delivery.
Cash on Collection is available. Unfortunately I can no longer accept cheques.
Returns: You have 7 calendar days to return a faulty or damaged item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. It may help of you can take a photograph of any damaged packaging before you open your item. This will help with obtaining a reimbursement from the courier by proving that the damage was caused by them and not you.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
